It's a new year and planning for events is under way.
Come join us!

                                                                                         
Our meetings are held every 3rd Monday of the month, unless it falls on a school holiday.
All meetings start at 3:30 PM and usually do not last longer than 1 hour.
The meeting is held in the Media Center at LPMS. Our meetings are as follows:

PTO Sponsored activities:
  • Pizza parties for top fundraising homeroom classes
  • Funded "A' Honor Roll Breakfasts
  • Monies provided for Lake June Award Day Events
  • Advertisement in school's yearbook
  • Display boards for school Science Fair
  • Refreshments for guest speaker presentations
  • Monies for FCCLA,  FFA, and NJHS
  • Educational materials for History, Math and Guidance Departments
  • Monies provided for Relay for Life
  • Helped sponsor 8th grade field trip to SFCC
  • Provided monies to Dress Code Committee
  • Funded AR books and tests for all grade levels
  • Monies awarded to Music Department
  • Sponsored Teacher Appreciation Week
Volunteering Hours:
  • Volunteers provided during "Fall Fundraiser"
  • Painter footprints on school side walks as part of another fundraiser
  • Provided chaperone's for Lake June Park Award Day events
  • Helped during guest speaker presentations
  • Created and maintained "Step Into Code" campaign and Dress Code Committee
  • Organized LPMS Spirit fleece jacket sale
  • Responsible for student monthly "Spotlight Search"(dress code awards program)
  • Decorated Commons & Media Center for various events throughout the year
  • Volunteered during Spring Concerts
  • Provided helpers during Teacher appreciation Week
  • Cooperated during the parent organized "8th Grade Dance"
Thanks to all the parents, teachers and students who participated in last year's activities and will participate in this year's activities



Again we thank you so much PTO for the great support you provide for our students and teachers and community. You are truly a blessing to our school and we look forward to our PTO for A MOST OUTSTANDING YEAR !!!


Committees

These parents give of their time to make our PTO a productive and recognizable organization. They can always use more help. If you would like to volunteer or would just like more information on specific opportunities, please see any of our officers.
Opportunities to sign up for a committee are also available at all PTO meetings or email a committed contact person.
